本应用部分功能需要注册账户。登录后，您可以使用账户同步相关功能，并根据 App Store 页面提供的选项购买订阅或一次性解锁服务。
具体的产品内容、价格、订阅周期及可用优惠，以您购买时 App Store 页面显示的信息为准。
2.1 自动续期订阅
本应用可能提供月度或年度自动续期订阅。
订阅费用将通过您的 Apple 账户按照购买时显示的价格收取。订阅会在当前订阅周期结束时自动续期，除非您在当前周期结束前按照 Apple 提供的订阅管理方式关闭自动续订。
您可以在 Apple 设备的账户设置中管理或取消订阅。具体操作路径可能因系统版本而有所不同，请以 Apple 当前提供的操作方式为准。
2.2 免费试用
如果 App Store 页面提供免费试用，符合条件的 Apple 账户可以按照购买页面显示的规则使用免费试用。
例如，部分用户可能获得 7 天免费试用。在试用期内不会收取订阅费用；如果您未在试用期结束前按照 Apple 的订阅管理规则取消订阅，试用结束后将自动转为付费订阅，并按照购买时显示的价格收取费用。
具体的试用资格、试用期限及相关规则，以 App Store 购买页面显示的信息为准。
2.3 一次性购买
如果本应用提供一次性购买选项，用户支付一次费用后，可持续使用购买时所对应的已解锁内容。
除非购买页面另有说明，一次性购买不属于自动续期订阅。
2.4 退款
所有 App Store 内的购买和订阅均通过 Apple 的支付系统完成。
退款申请按照 Apple 当时适用的退款政策及流程处理。我们无法直接代替 Apple 处理 App Store 购买的退款。
您可以使用 Apple 提供的登录方式创建或访问本应用账户。
您应妥善保护自己的账户，并对通过您的账户进行的操作负责。
如果您发现账户存在未经授权的使用，建议及时通过本条款中的联系方式联系我们。
您可以随时按照本应用提供的方式删除账户。
您可以在 App 内选择：
设置 → 账户与订阅 → 删除账号与本机数据
删除账户后，与账户相关的数据将按照我们的《隐私政策》进行处理。
如果您违反本服务条款、滥用本应用、试图干扰或破坏服务运行，或存在法律禁止的行为，我们可能在适用法律允许的范围内限制或终止您使用部分或全部服务。
如果我们停止提供本应用或某项重要服务，我们会在适用法律要求的范围内通过适当方式进行通知。
本应用提供的冥想、正念、呼吸、放松及相关内容，仅用于日常休息、放松和习惯养成。
本应用不提供医疗服务，也不构成医疗建议、医学诊断、治疗方案或心理治疗。
本应用中的内容不能替代医生、心理健康专业人员或其他合格专业人士提供的医疗或专业建议。

Welcome to Pause (hereafter "the app").
By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Pause provides mindfulness breaks, meditation practices, and reminders intended to support everyday relaxation, rest, and habit-building.
Some features require an account. After signing in, you can use account sync and, depending on the options shown on the App Store product page, purchase a subscription or one-time unlock.
The exact features, prices, billing periods, and any available offers are those shown on the App Store purchase sheet at the time of purchase.
2.1 Auto-renewing subscriptions
The app may offer monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.
Subscription fees are charged to your Apple account at the price shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current period unless you turn off auto-renewal through Apple's subscription management before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings on your Apple device. The exact steps may differ between system versions; please follow the path Apple currently provides.
2.2 Free trial
If the App Store product page offers a free trial, eligible Apple accounts can use the free trial under the rules shown on the purchase page.
For example, some users may receive a 7-day free trial. No subscription fee is charged during the trial; if you do not cancel through Apple's subscription management before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and the price shown at purchase is charged.
Eligibility, trial length, and other rules are those shown on the App Store purchase page.
2.3 One-time purchase
If the app offers a one-time purchase option, a single payment unlocks the corresponding content for ongoing use.
Unless the purchase page states otherwise, one-time purchases are not auto-renewing subscriptions.
2.4 Refunds
All in-app purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are processed by Apple's payment system.
Refund requests are handled under Apple's then-current refund policy and process. We cannot process App Store refunds on Apple's behalf.
You can create or access an account using Apple's sign-in option.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed under your account.
If you notice unauthorized use of your account, please contact us promptly using the details in these terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app option provided.
You can delete your account in the app under:
Settings → Account & Purchases → Delete Account & Local Data
After you delete your account, the related data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
If you breach these terms, abuse the app, attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service, or engage in conduct prohibited by law, we may restrict or terminate your access to part or all of the service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If we discontinue the app or any material service, we will provide appropriate notice to the extent required by applicable law.
The meditation, mindfulness, breathing, relaxation, and related content in this app is provided solely for everyday rest, relaxation, and habit-building.
The app does not provide medical services and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, a treatment plan, or psychotherapy.
The content in the app does not replace medical or professional advice from a doctor, mental health professional, or other qualified provider.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, psychotherapy, or other professional intervention, please follow your provider's guidance when deciding whether to use the app.
If you experience physical or mental discomfort while using the app, please stop the practice and seek professional help if needed.
The app and its content, including without limitation:
are protected by applicable intellectual property laws held by us or the relevant rights holders.
Unless you have explicit authorization from us or the relevant rights holder, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, extract, or otherwise use the app or its content without authorization.
Purchasing a subscription or one-time unlock grants you the right to use the corresponding service under these terms and the app's functionality; it does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
You must not:
We make reasonable efforts to keep the app running, but the app may become temporarily unavailable or partially impaired due to networks, devices, operating systems, third-party services, maintenance, or other causes reasonably beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular needs.
The app is provided "as is."
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including rights that consumers cannot waive under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, if we owe you compensation in connection with the app, our liability is limited to the actual direct loss arising from the related service.
The amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the relevant claim may be used as a reference for this cap; if applicable law prohibits limiting a particular type of liability, that law prevails.
The app relies on Apple's App Store and other necessary third-party technical services to provide some features.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We will cooperate within reasonable scope regarding the availability, content, or policies of third-party services, but we are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in legal requirements, product features, or service adjustments.
If material changes occur, we will notify you through an in-app notice or other appropriate means.
The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the app after the terms are updated indicates that you accept the updated terms.
If you do not accept the updated terms, please stop using the app and delete your account as described in these terms.
These terms are governed by the applicable law relevant to the operator's location and to your jurisdiction.
Where your local mandatory law is not overridden, the parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or the app through friendly negotiation.
If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, either party may seek relief from a court of competent jurisdiction or another competent dispute resolution body.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region.
